The Quality Improvement Awards were launched in 2016 to celebrate and showcase the fantastic range of quality improvement practice that has been taking place across the length and breadth of Scotland to make services the best they possibly can be for babies, children, young people and their families in all aspects of their lives. The awards are supported by the Scottish Government and Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
Quality Improvement is helping us to strengthen services and to give children the best start in life, with equal opportunities to learn and thrive, enabling our children and young people to realise their full potential. All of our improvement work aims to make services the best they possibly can be so we can reduce inequalities and get it right for every child.
The Awards have been cancelled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic but will be back in 2021.
