Terms & Conditions
- Applications must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will be considered only if a formal extension is agreed
- All successful applications will need to be available for filming between September and October
- Shortlisted applicants will need to be available to attend the awards on Tuesday 12 November in Glasgow
- Entry is free
- You can enter more than category (where applicable) but a project can only be entered a maximum of 2 times
- A maximum of one page A4 attachment of supporting material can be submitted with each entry
- Any video clips should be embedded within the body of the entry copy via URL / hyperlink
- The decision of the judging panel is final
- All finalists must agree to participate in any PR or promotional work should your project be successful in reaching the final
- Cancellations for the awards ceremony may be subject to charges
